Crystal knows real estate and customer service. Crystal gave us the pros and cons on every home we visited, whether the asking price was too high, there were problems with the structure, or improvements we could make. We quickly felt she was on our side and wanted to see us happy with our purchase rather than some agents we've worked with before that just wanted to make a sale. And when it came to closing, she was on top of everything, ensuring a successful closing. I cannot recommend Crystal strongly enough. She knows real estate.

Crystal took beyond great care of the sale of our Dallas home recently and did an outstanding job. Her analysis of our market was spot on, and regular. She supported us in wanting to push ourselves for a higher price/equity outcome, but kept us grounded in reality about what that might or might not look like, too. She even pre-screened a Broker for us in Grayson County where we were looking at farm and ranch properties. That relationship ended up flourishing and where and how we moved was taken care of thanks to Crystal's protectiveness on our behalf.
